ROVEN was founded by Renée Gutierrez, an operator and advisor whose career has lived at the intersection of healthcare, MedTech, and commercial growth, from early category creation to scaled enterprise adoption.
The work has spanned health systems and physician practices, founder-led startups and private equity portfolios. The pattern across all of it: real growth comes from the disciplined alignment of strategy, relationships, and execution.
